1. MAKING A BOOKING (EXCLUDING PARTIES AND PRIVATE HIRE BOOKINGS)

These terms and conditions govern the online booking of stations, couch play and tables in Belong Arenas (each, a “Booking”) operated by Belong Gaming, LLC (”Belong”). By making a Booking, you unconditionally consent and agree that your use of the online booking system, the Booking you make and your use of the station at the Belong Arena is governed by these terms and conditions.Your use of the Booking system is subject to the Belong Arena terms and conditions, located at us.belong.gg/terms-and-conditions and incorporated herein by this reference.

If you are making a Booking, you must have a Belong Account in order to complete your Booking. You can create a Belong account at https://us.belong.gg/signup. You must be 13 or older to make a Booking. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent’s consent to make a Booking.

Before making a Booking, you must specify:

  • which Belong Arena you wish to go to;
  • the date on which you wish to make a Booking;
  • How many players are in your party (a maximum of 6 players can be included in a single Booking); and
  • How long you want the Booking to last (between 1 and 8 hours, in 1 hour increments).

Once you have provided this information, you will be shown which time slots are available for you to book, based on the information you have provided, and the cost of each of the slots. The price will vary depending on the time and location of the Booking.

When you select which time slot you wish to book, you will have fifteen minutes within which to complete the Booking, including making payment, or you will lose the reservation and we reserve the right to make the slots you have selected available for another customer to book.

You will then be asked to confirm the contact details of the person making the Booking and the names and ages of the players who will be using the stations that are being booked (which need not be the same as the person making the Booking). Age details are required as we may restrict access to the Arena, to certain games based on the players’ ages, and/or may require parental consent for the players to be allowed to play certain age-restricted games. For clarify, Players under the age of 12 must have a parent of guardian a with them the entire time they are in the Arena and may not be left unattended. Failure to comply with that rule may result in a loss of a Booking.

2. MAKING A PRIVATE HIRE OR PARTY BOOKING

These terms and conditions apply to a private hire booking or party booking at a Belong Arena (a “Private Booking”. Private Bookings are made by contacting your local arena. By making a Private Booking, you unconditionally consent and agree that your Private Booking and your use of the Belong Arena in relation to your Private Booking, is governed by these terms and conditions.

To make a Private Booking, you must have a Belong Accountand be over the age of 18.

To make a Private Booking, you must select:

  • which Belong Arena you wish to go to;
  • the date and time on which you wish to make a Private Booking – we may specify how far in advance we require you to make Private Bookings, and restrict you from making Private Bookings on shorter notice;
  • which party package you require (if booking a party); and
  • how many guests are in your Private Booking (a minimum of 12 guests are required for a private booking).

Our charges for Belong Arena hire cover the items included in the package you select for your Private Booking, as set out on our Belong.gg website.

When you select which time slot you wish to book, you will have fifteen minutes within which to complete the Private Booking, including making payment, or you will lose the reservation and we reserve the right to make the slot you have selected available for another customer to book.

You will then be asked to confirm the contact details of the person making the Private Booking and the age range and number of the players who will be using the stations that are being booked (which need not be the same as the person making the Private Booking). Age details are required as we may restrict access to certain games based on players’ ages, and/or may require parental consent for players to be allowed to play certain age-restricted games. For clarity, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Arena without a parent or guardian at all times.

Your Booking includes exclusive access to 12 gaming stations dependent on your package. You cannot have more playing guests than the number of stations booked.

3. PAYING FOR A BOOKING

Full payment at the time of your reservation is required in order to complete your Booking.

4. ARRIVING LATE OR LEAVING EARLY

You must arrive at the Belong Arena within the first 15 minutes of your assigned Booking if you have booked a 1 hour or 2 hour slot, or within the first hour if your Booking is for between 3 and 8 hours. If you arrive outside of this time period, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking and make the stations available to other users. You will not be entitled to a refund should this occur. If you arrive late, still wish to use the stations and the stations are still available, you will have to make another Booking and pay the relevant fees for the additional Booking.

If you inform us that you wish to stop using the stations before your Booking has expired, or if we have reasonable cause to believe that you have stopped using the stations and do not intend to return, we reserve the right to make the stations available for other users to book. Should this occur you will not be able to return to re-use the stations without making a new Booking and paying an additional fee. You will not be entitled to a refund for any outstanding time left in your Booking when you stop using the station(s) prior to the expiration of your Booking.

5. IF WE CANCEL A BOOKING

We may cancel your Booking for reasonable cause. If we cancel your Booking, we will give you as much prior notice as we are able to, and will offer you alternative times or a refund via the method that you paid. Reasonable cause would include (but shall not be limited to) cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, staff illness, technological issues, publisher activity.

6. IF YOU CANCEL A BOOKING (EXCLUDING PARTY BOOKINGS AND PRIVATE ROOM HIRES)

We are aware that your plans can change from time to time. Cancellations must be made at the arena or via your profile, under Manager Bookings. We will try where possible to help reschedule as needed but if you do cancel your Booking the following refund policy shall apply:

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the date of your Booking, then we will refund 100% of the price you have paid;

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of your Booking, then you will not be entitled to any refund.

7. IF WE CANCEL A PARTY BOOKING OR PRIVATE HIRE

We may cancel your Private Booking for reasonable cause. If we cancel your Private Booking, we will give you as much prior notice as we are able to, and will offer you alternative times or a 100% refund via the method that you paid. Reasonable cause would include (but not be limited to) cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, staff illness, technological issues, publisher activity.

8. IF YOU CANCEL A PARTY BOOKING OR PRIVATE HIRE

We are aware that your plans can change from time to time. Cancellations must be made in person or by e-mail to the Arena you have booked. We will try where possible to help reschedule as needed but if you do cancel your Private Booking:

7 calendar days or more before the date of your Private Hire or Party Booking then we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid; or

3 calendar days or more prior to the start of your Private Hire or Party Booking, then we will refund 50% of the deposit and any additional amount you have paid for the party.

If you cancel with less than 72 hours until the start of your Private Hire or Party Booking, then you will not be entitled to any refund of your booking.

9. OUR USE OF THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US WHEN YOU BOOK

The information you give to us when you make a Booking will be stored, collected and used in accordance with the Belong Privacy Policy, located at us.belong.gg/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by this reference.

10. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO THE BELONG ARENA

You must have a Belong Account to use the Belong Arena and confirm your details are up to date before signing in to use the Belong Arena. Your failure to comply with the rules set forth herein or the instructions of a Belong staff member may result in the cancellation of your Booking or removal from the Arena.

You must be checked into the Belong Arena by a member of the Belong staff. You are allowed to leave the Belong Arena and return but must follow the check out and check in process.

You will only be allowed to access age appropriate content in the Belong Arena (unless your parent or guardian has agreed an age appropriate waiver in a form determined by Belong in its sole discretion).

By entering the Arena, you unconditionally consent and agree to the following:

  • You will not play age restricted content that is inappropriate to your age without having a parent executed an age appropriate waiver provided by Belong staff;
  • You will not show age restricted content to other users which is inappropriate to their age;
  • You will not access any control settings on the Gaming Equipment without the express consent of Arena Management, including but not limited to technical settings, internet access and upload/download of data and files;
  • You will report any improper use or damage to Belong property, whether deliberate or accidental, immediately to a Belong member of staff;
  • Prior to using a gaming station, inform us of any medical conditions or allergies including but not limited to light sensitive epilepsy.

12. FOOD AND DRINK

You are not permitted to bring food and drink into the Belong Arena unless agreed with Belong staff.

Belong do not provide hot food within the Belong Arena, but can assist in identifying food delivery options through Belong’s selected partners. Food ordered with and delivered by such partners may be consumed within designated areas of the Belong Arena.

Cold snacks purchased from Belong or hot food brought or ordered in may only be consumed in designated areas.

Please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible and report any spillages immediately to a member of Belong staff.

13. BELONG’S RIGHTS

Belong may refuse access and provide a full or pro-rata partial refund if you do not comply with these Terms of and Conditions, the instructions of a Belong staff member or where after reasonable warning your behavior represents a danger to customers, staff or equipment. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Belong may restrict the availability of certain age related content where it is not practical to avoid exposure to other arena users or retail customers.

Belong reserves the right to require you to stop playing any content that you access from your own Steam, Xbox Live or PSN account within the Belong Arena if we believe it to be inappropriate to your age, but accepts no responsibility for the availability of such content.

The different types of usage of the Belong Arena are as follows: Publisher activity/Sponsor Events/Arena events; Esports events; Private Hire; Party; Desk play; Couch play; Tabletop play.

Belong reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the available types of usage within the Belong Arena at any time or close the Belong Arena without notice in its absolute discretion.

Belong reserves the rights to apply an admin charge for esports or other events to cover staffing cost, equipment upkeep and utilities. This charge will be displayed at the time of event at the entry to the Belong Arena. A hand stamp or wristband or lanyard is required for entry to such events.

Persons who cause any damage to Belong or third party property, Belong Arena elements and gaming equipment, whether deliberate or accidental, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the items.

Belong reserves the right to eject any persons from the Belong Arena who: use explicit language; improperly use items and components in the Belong Arena; are aggressive or abusive in any way to other Belong Arena users or Belong staff.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

Belong gives no guarantee that the Belong Arena booking system will be available at all times.

The Belong Arena booking system is provided for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use the booking system for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Belong Arena booking system, or belong.gg.

No one other than the person making the booking and Belong have any rights to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted under the laws of the United States, State of New York.

Belong reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revised terms on our website. Any bookings made after the point at which the new terms and conditions are published will be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

15. FOR CHILDREN’S PARTIES

2 adults must accompany the party group and supervise the members of your party group at all times, to ensure that if one is required to facilitate a toilet run, there is always another adult present with the party group. Please note that not all Belong Arenas have toilet facilities on site and that our arenas are public places, and as such, we cannot monitor other arena visitors.

In the absence of parental consent provided via the form provided with your Booking: (i) children under 13 will only be permitted to play games with a ESRB rating of ‘Everyone’, (ii) if the children attending are over the age of 10 they will be permitted to play games with an ESRB rating of ‘Everyone’ and ‘Everyone 10+’ and (iii) children aged between 13 and 16 will only be permitted to play games with an ESRB rating of ‘Teen’, ‘Everyone’ and ‘Everyone 10+’.

17. BELONG LEGENDS MEMBERSHIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the Belong Legends Membership Program (“Belong Legends” or the “Program”) offered by Belong Gaming, LLC (“Belong Gaming”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE RELATED BELONG GAMING TERMS OF SERVICE LOCATED AT https://us.belong.gg/terms-of-service AND THE BELONG GAMING PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT https://us.belong.gg/privacy-policy (BOTH OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE) BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.

THE PROGRAM IS DEEMED INCLUDED IN THE DEFINITION OF “BELONG SERVICE” AS THAT TERM IS USED IN THE BELONG GAMING TERMS OF SERVICE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER INCLUDED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES WITH THE “BELONG ENTITIES” (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE) ARE RESOLVED.

18. BELONG LEGENDS - THE PROGRAM

The Belong Legends membership Program offers multiple benefits and services to its members as set out in these Terms.

Your access to the Program begins when you sign up for a Belong Legends Membership. Your Belong Legends Membership will continue until terminated.

Your Belong Legends Membership is only valid for the arena in which you purchase your Belong Legends membership in, or select when purchasing online.

19. BELONG LEGENDS - BENEFITS

Belong Legends members can access the arenas at their membership location for unlimited hours every month. Subject to any local arena rules or legal restrictions, there are no restrictions on how many hours can be played in any given month, however in the interests of our gamers’ health and safety, members cannot book more than four hours in a booking. Bookings can be made on us.belong.gg, on the Belong app or by visiting the arena that corresponds with the Program membership.

Belong Legends members will also have access to exclusive member only events, promotional offers on retail products, and members only discounts and/or early access to tournaments and events.

Belong Legends member benefits depend on arena station availability, and retail product benefits depend on stock availability.

20. BELONG LEGENDS - MEMBERSHIP

20.1. MEMBERSHIP MODELS

The current membership fees may vary based on the arena that you choose to buy a membership from. You can find details about Belong Legends, the applicable membership fee and the next due date on your profile page when you sign in here: https://us.belong.gg/.

The Belong Legends membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

20.2. PAYMENT

The membership fee for the Belong Legends service will be charged to the method of payment associated with your account (“Payment Method”) on the payment date indicated on the “Account” page. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit your profile and click on the “Membership” link on the “Account” page to see your next payment date.

If your registered payment method becomes invalid or is declined, you must provide us a new eligible payment method or your membership may be suspended or cancelled.

Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership plans automatically renew for additional periods equal in length to the original membership period at the then-current rates, unless you cancel before the renewal. From time to time, Belong Gaming may offer free trials or discounts to the Program. Free trial and discount offers are open only to new and returning Program members, may be redeemed only once and cannot be combined with any other promotional or free trial offer for the Program. After a free trial or discount period ends, your selected membership will convert into a paid membership at the then-current rates and will automatically renew, unless you cancel before the conversion or renewal. Renewal charges will be applied to the Payment Method, and you hereby authorize Belong Gaming or its designee to make such charge.

20.3. CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting https://us.belong.gg/account/settings and adjusting your membership settings. You may also contact customerservice@belong.gg . Belong Gaming do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. You will be able to access the benefits of the Belong Legends membership through the end of your billing period.

20.4. NO TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF MEMBERSHIP OR BENEFITS

You may not transfer or assign your Belong Legends membership or your membership benefits.

20.5. MINORS

Minors (under 18’s) may only join the Program with the agreement and under the supervision of an adult.

20.6. ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP

Please understand that Belong Gaming reserves the right to accept or refuse your membership for any reason or no reason at all.

20.7 LEGENDS PURCHASED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 7th, 2022:

For Belong Legends members who signed up prior to September 7, 2022:

Belong will continue to honor the monthly subscription price offered at the time of your initial registration as a Belong Legends member (the “Initial Price”). Should you leave the program at any point, you will not be able to access the Initial Price and will need to pay the new monthly fee associated with the Belong Legends membership at the time of your new registration. Please make sure that you check your payment method is valid if you wish to remain on the program. Belong reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time at its exclusive discretion.

21. BELONG LEGENDS - TERMINATION

Belong Gaming may terminate your Belong Legends membership at the end of your billing period or at any time (with a pro rata refund based on the time remining in your membership period), with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all.

We may terminate your Belong Legends membership immediately by notice if we consider that (a) your use of the Belong Legends Service materially breaches these Terms or any applicable law or (b) you fraudulently use or misuse the Belong Legends service. In this case we will not give any refund.

You may terminate your Belong Legends membership at any time in accordance with Clause 21.3.

22. BELONG LEGENDS - CHANGES

Belong Gaming may modify any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Belong Gaming amends these Terms and Conditions, it will revise the “last updated” date located at the top of these Terms and Conditions. For changes to these Terms and Conditions that Belong Gaming considers to be material, Belong Gaming may place a notice on its website by revising the link on the home page to read substantially as “Updated Program Terms and Conditions” for an amount of time that Belong Gaming determines to be appropriate in its discretion. If you continue to participate in the Program in any other way after these Terms and Conditions have been changed, you will be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally consented to and agreed to such changes. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the Belong Gaming website and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Belong Gaming decides to terminate the Program. Belong Gaming may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice at any time and for any reason or no reason at all, but with respect to any changes to the types or “classes” of benefits available or the price of your membership, Belong Gaming will attempt to provide notice on its website and/or via email to the email address associated with the Belong Gaming account. Any increase in the applicable membership fee will not apply before the end of your then-current membership period.

23. BELONG LEGENDS - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

24.1 This Program is provided on an “AS IS” basis and without warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Belong Gaming is not responsible for any assurances, guarantees, representations or warranties made or implied by any parties associated with or involved in this Program. By participating in the Program, each member accepts all responsibility for, and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Belong Entities, from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such member or for any unauthorized access to member’s account by any third party.

24.2 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL THE BELONG ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE BELONG ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A MEMBER PROVES THAT BELONG GAMING HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED THAT MEMBER ANY BENEFITS, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF BENEFITS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, A MEMBER WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED. AFTER SUCH ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD, THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE AFFECTED CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED SHALL BE DEEMED INCONTESTABLE.

24. BELONG LEGENDS - PRIVACY

Unless otherwise indicated in these Terms and Conditions, by registering for and/or otherwise participating in the Program, Members agree that Belong Gaming will use the personal information collected about them in connection with the Program as set forth in Belong Gaming’s online privacy policy.

25. BELONG LEGENDS - PROGRAM DISRUPTIONS

The Belong Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable Program benefits, networks, servers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned, including, due to errors of any kind or nature, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Belong Gaming which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program, in whole or in part, Belong Gaming reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program or otherwise respond to the circumstances as Belong Gaming deems appropriate. In the event Belong Gaming is prevented from continuing with the Program, in whole or in part, as originally contemplated by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Belong Gaming’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Belong Gaming shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part.

26. BELONG LEGENDS - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

27. BELONG LEGENDS - MISCELLANEOUS

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, in the event there is a direct conflict between these Terms and Conditions and either the Belong Gaming website's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions will prevail, govern and control as to the Program. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Each Program member agrees to indemnify and hold the Belong Entities harmless from and against any claim, damage, loss or liability (including attorney's fees) arising out or resulting from such member’s negligent, reckless or intentional misconduct while participating in the Program or any member benefits.

30. RETAIL PRODUCTS - RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return any product purchased in a Belong Gaming Arena to any Belong location within 30 days of purchase. You will need to present a valid receipt for the purchase for any return or exchange. Only items that have been purchased directly from a Belong Gaming Arena can be returned to a Belong location. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with the respective returns and refunds policies of the applicable retailers.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are also subject to the following:

  • All products must be unopened and in their original packaging, with all the cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received the product. Returned items must be free of physical damage.
  • Apparel must not have been worn, laundered, printed on or altered in any way and the original labels must still be attached (any items that are damaged, unsanitary or scratched, may be refused a return or exchange).
  • No refunds or exchanges can be offered on downloadable content, console or pc subscriptions and/or digital games, food and beverage items and gift cards (including third-party cards).
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference.
  • If exchanging items and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
  • An exchange of merchandise is considered a final sale.
  • If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a bundled discount, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer, otherwise you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

Belong will refund you the amount spent on the returned item, including sales tax. Unless there has been an error that is Belong’s responsibility, the original shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. Refunds are usually issued in the original payment type. If you paid more than $150 in cash or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 14 business days. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card. If you no longer have the gift card used for the original purchase, we will issue you a replacement gift card.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and all Belong decisions consistent with this policy regarding whether to accept items for return and/or refund are final.

31. RETAIL PRODUCTS - DAMAGED OR DEFECTED PRODUCTS

If the product that you purchased is defective or damaged, visit your local Belong arena within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it with a similar item or refund the product. After 30 days the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

32. SUMMER BATTLE PASS

Pricing, promotions and availability may vary by location 

Belong Summer Battle Pass: valid from 00:01AM ET 06/05/23 until 11:59PM ET 08/31/23.  

  • Limit one (1) per customer.  
  • The Battle Pass is to be used by one customer only, per card.
  • For every paid visit to a Belong Gaming Arena, customers receive one (1) punch on their Battle Pass. When customer achieves eight (8) game station rentals, customer may choose to redeem Battle Pass for one item valued up to $10.00. Customers are limited to receive one stamp per day.
  • Belong Legends receive two (2) free stamps for being active Belong Legend members. 

The Battle Pass must be stamped/signed at the time of booking by a Belong Staff member. The Battle Pass may not be redeemed for cash.
