All of our arenas have been carefully set up and modified where needed to ensure they can be run safely for everyone. We have introduced measures to make your gaming experience as safe as it is fun.
Belong are committed to make sure you can feel safe when you visit and play inside our arenas so it’s incredibly important to us that all of the Belong arenas operate with an abundance of caution. We continually review and evaluate our safety and disinfection protocols to align with the latest CDC recommendations and local government mandates.
Below is what we’re doing to ensure the health and safety of our community and staff.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we recommend that you wear a mask when visiting our arenas. Our staff will be wearing masks to protect you and them.
If you would like to have distance between you (and your friends or your party) and other players whilst you play, then please inform our team when you check in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after every gamer’s session; this includes the station, keyboard, mouse, headset, and chair.
We make it a priority to routinely clean and sanitize common areas and high touch points throughout the arena.
A risk assessment will be completed for any events or tournaments held. Participation at events and tournaments may require pre-registration dependent on the current situation within that state and some events may require that you are fully vaccinated or wear a mask. Belong may make the decision to finish a tournament online should a situation change during the tournament period.
